When you send an enquiry we store the name, email address, phone number, budget range and message you provide, together with the language of the site and the page the enquiry came from.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we never buy or sell contact lists.

We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, to present properties that match your brief, and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, or the steps taken prior to entering a contract.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Only our team and the service providers that host this website and our database, acting on our instructions and under contract. We may share details with a seller, notary or lawyer when that is necessary to progress a transaction you have asked us to pursue.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to our processing at any time by writing to hola@marbellaliferealestate.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
